The Brief
After relocating to the Isle of Man, local author David Roth wrote a wonderful story all about the Laxey Wheel; a water wheel that needs help to keep on turning turning turning!
He required a 32 page children's book to house the story along with promotional materials to spread the word.

The Idea
I was tasked with the production of the book from start to finish; creating the book cover, organising illustrations, page layouts and choosing the fonts that are used throughout.
Once completed, I created promotional designs to encourage book sales and organised a book launch at the Family Library, where we gave out branded bookmarks to the children.
We held a soft launch event at the Family Library's Storybox & Toddletots session where the author read his book to the children. Books were available to purchase at the end, with all profits from the book sales being donated to the Family Library charity.
